This three-story building has an attractively designed brick and double paned tinted glass exterior that is surrounded by lush landscaping. There is a newly renovated three floor lobby atrium with two landings bridging the East and West wings of the building on the second and third floors.
The atrium has a combination of polished and flamed granite floors with brass accents and abundant plant material. The curved staircase ascending to the second and third floors as well as the center exposed elevators and decorative fountain serve as the focal points of the lobby.
