Parking at Toyota Center is an seven-level parking structure built in 1999 and offering 756 spaces. It is adjacent to Toyota Center, the gateway to the Memphis Ballpark District. The District covers eight city blocks of redevelopment that includes AutoZone Park (the 2000 Minor League Ballpark of the Year), a 400-unit urban multi-family residential development, and a new elementary school. The rebirth of this integral part of downtown Memphis has been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious 2002 Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence in the Special Category.

Hertz Investment Group acquired this prestigious property in 2012. It is currently owned and managed by Hertz Investment Group.
