It is adjacent to Regions Bank Plaza, a prestigious two-building complex, offering office, retail and restaurant space in the heart of Jackson's Business District. The Center consists of the 22-story Regions Bank Plaza and the 18-story Regions Bank Building, containing approximately 500,000 square feet of combined Class-A office space. Jackson is the state capital and most populous city in Mississippi. Jackson’s metro center is a showcase of Southern hospitality, featuring hundreds of events annually, from heritage festivals to antique shows, symphony classics and sports classics.

Hertz Investment Group acquired this prestigious property in 2007. It is currently owned and managed by Hertz Investment Group.
