10 South Broadway is a 21-story, 424,000 square foot Class-A office tower prominently located in the heart of the Downtown St. Louis business district. The building offers its tenants stunning views of the City of St. Louis and the Mississippi River. The building has a full service banking facility, a conference center, cafeteria, sundry shop, and is home to St. Louis' only five-star restaurant, Tony's.

10 South Broadway was designed by the leading international architectural firm, Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum and developed by the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. The mirrored glass exterior reflects the building's historically and architecturally significant neighbors: the Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium and the Old Courthouse.
