Once considered the hub of the insurance industry, the Wilshire Square Building is strategically located in the heart of Los Angeles’ “Wilshire Corridor”. Built in 1969, this 12 story 143,000 square foot commercial office building boasts a prestigious tenant roster. The building was purchased in 1999 from the Philippine National Bank, which is still headquartered in the building. It was sold at a profit in July, 2000 to a major local investor.
