An accounting professional with more that 15 years experience in financial management of commercial properties, Ms. Thomas is responsible for The Hertz Investment Group’s Accounting Department, which is the financial hub for all of The Hertz Investment Group’s properties. In this role, she oversees all monthly property reports, financial audits, tax returns and financial statements for all of The Hertz Investment Group's entities. Additionally, she assists in the budgeting and development of business plans and company procedures. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Thomas worked for leading companies such as VMS Realty, Tishman West Companies, Allegiance Realty and Insignia Commercial Group.
