Federal Fibre Mills

Built in the early part of the 20th century, the old Fibre Mills warehouse was converted to a luxurious residential/rental building in 1985. Hertz Investment Group converted the building and then sold it as the first condominium project in the Warehouse District of New Orleans. This graceful and dignified structure is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places.
