Dominion Tower |

| The Dominion Tower is located in the heart of New Orleans’ central business district, adjacent to the Superdome and the New Orleans Sports Arena, just blocks from the French Quarter and an easy walk to the Convention Center. This 26 story 600,000 square foot office tower was built in 1989 and is connected by pedestrian bridge to New Orleans Shopping Centre and the 2,000 space New Orleans Centre Garage. Hertz Investment Group acquired the Dominion
Tower in October, 2003. It is currently owned and managed by Hertz
Investment Group.
