Belvedere Hotel |

Built in 1903 as a hotel, the Belvedere hosted such notables as Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Presidents Hoover and Roosevelt, Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. In 1991 the hotel was converted to condominiums by Hertz Investment Group. The Belvedere is listed in the Historic Registry of Landmarks.
